Adult Water Fitness Classes

Aquacise

A high intensity cardiovascular fitness water aerobics class that tones, tighten, and trims your body. We’ll exercise in the shallow end with their swim belts so swimmers and non swimmers can participate. Class includes use of barbells and noodles to enhance your total body workout. View Offerings

Aqua Jog

A deep water workout that utilizes swim belts. A great way to tone your body in a warm environment,. This workout outs no stress on the joints. View Offerings

Adult Aquatic Exercise

This aerobic class is held in both the deep and shallow ends of the pool and is designed to develop upper and lower body strength and improve your strength and your range of motion. View Offerings

Arthritis Aquatic Program

A certified program designed to maintain and promotes joint mobility and enhance a sense of well being. All exercises are done in the shallow end of the pool. Participants do not need to know to swim. View Offerings

T.N.T.

Deep water exercise class focusing on abs, thighs and buttocks. A fun class that targets’ those “trouble spots”. Swim belts are utilized. View Offerings

Swimnastics

Come join our upbeat water aerobic class utilizing water resistant barbells to enhance your arm, leg, abdominal muscles. Class is held in the shallow end of the pool. This is a great workout for swimmers and non swimmers. View Offerings
